What is WordPress?
WordPress started in 2003 with a single bit of code to enhance the typography of everyday writing and with fewer users than you can count on your fingers and toes. Since then it has grown to be the largest self-hosted blogging tool in the world, used on millions of sites and seen by tens of millions of people every day.
I’ve purchased a theme. What’s next?
Once you’ve purchased the theme, you will receive an email with a download link to your theme file a zip archive along with the installation instructions. In the zip file you will find a PDF tutorial explaining how to populate and customize your brand new theme. If you have any questions on regarding installation or back-end navigation please contact us.
Are the theme updates free or should I purchase them?
All theme updates are free and are included into the cost of the theme. We strive to keep our themes up-to-date with all new WordPress updates and if we have something for you – you will receive an email notification.
*Note: we offer only necessary updates for a customized theme.
Can I use a Flotheme with my WordPress.com account?
WordPress.com and the software you download from WordPress.org are two entirely different things.
You can’t install new themes or plugins on WordPress.com. While some of our themes are available on the WordPress.com platform, you cannot download themes from our site and add them to your WordPress.com site. WordPress.com is brought to you by some of the same folks who work on WordPress, the Open Source blogging software. WordPress.com utilizes the same WordPress software which you can download at WordPress.org. For more info, please see this post.
What do I need before I purchase the theme?

How hard is it to navigate/populate my Flotheme once I purchase it?
The back-end of Flothemes has exactly the same back-end as WordPress with your standard “dashboard”. We offer tutorial videos for our clients that are unfamiliar with using this platform.
Can you install my theme?
Yes, we offer clean theme installation (with test content or without) for $79. We also offer old content transfer and theme installation for $229.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment we only accept PayPal.
I haven’t received an email with a download link. What should I do?
If you have experienced any troubleshooting, please submit a support ticket through out contact form here. Occasionally it may take up to 1 hour to receive an email, please keep in mind that the email may be filtered into your Spam folder. Please check it before contacting us.
Do Flothemes work on iPhone, iPad, Droid, and other devices?
Yes, Flothemes is a 3 in 1 purchase that allows you to have your site, your blog and your mobile site all in one.
Can an invoice be provided for a previously purchased theme?
Yes, an invoice can be provided to for a previously purchased theme if requested by client. Normally invoices are received in a PDF format.
Can I customize my Flotheme to fit my websites personal needs?
Yes, you have full control to change anything you want in the theme like images, colors, fonts, navigation/gallery/blog layout, fullscreen options, video integration, unlimited galleries and pages, social media integration and much more.
I’ve purchased the wrong theme… Can you help me?
Before submitting the payment you are provided with several opportunities to review your purchase order. Failure to purchase a theme without caution is considered a user error. All sales are final.
How often are your themes updated?
We update our themes in accordance with new WordPress releases. We also consider out client’s requests and if a bug or an update is asked by popular demand we add a new feature. All updates and new versions are free of charge for existing customers.
Can I get a refund on a theme or a brand?
Our company has a 14 day refund policy, after the 14 day period is over all sales are final.
What are your hours of service?
We do our best to respond to all emails and inquiries within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday.
How will I get access to purchased themes after the payment?
After successfully buying a theme you will be sent an email with purchase confirmation that has a download link.
Do Flothemes sites integrate with ShootQ?
Yes, Flothemes allows for you to integrate your contact form with ShootQ.
Can I upload my own font to the theme?
No, but you can change the font on the website & blog from the preloaded web safe fonts. Not every font is browser compatible that is why we only offer the fonts that are preloaded in the theme.
